1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase when:

  • Items are unworn and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged through misuse

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Returns Authorization
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging
  3. Include completed returns form
  4. Ship to our NZ address (customer pays return shipping)

4. Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

5. Faulty Products
If you receive a defective item:

  • Notify us within 14 days
  • Provide photos of the fault
  • We cover return shipping for genuine faults

6. International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Clearly mark as “Returned Goods” on customs forms
  • Refund excludes original shipping and import duties

7. Exchange Policy
For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item following standard process
  2. Place new order for preferred size
  3. Contact us for price adjustment if needed
